The position would directly report to GM. - Sourcing strategy setting and implementation / localization on the Chinese market - Supplier development and performance management on delivery, quality, service level and cost related - Establish team plans and goals, prioritizing and aligning them with the organization´;s strategic, tactical and operational plan - To get supplies for the direct and indirect materials and service with best economic pattern to meet the business needs - Leading the Order Management department - Responsibility of outbound Logistics of finished goods
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology or other relevant field of study (or equivalent experience.) Mechanical or electrical education will be advantage - At least 5 years working experience in purchasing area and 3 years as the manager - Good understanding on international trading terms - Fluent English speaking and Chinese speaking - Professional in purchasing, good at the sourcing, negotiation, contract and supplier performance management process - Logical thinking, good at data analysis, decision making and problem solving - Result oriented and self-motivated - Ability to implement and manage changes - Good leadership and team development skills
