Main Job Duties:

1.Assures all quality specifications are met for any given procedure through constant monitoring of product during the production phase.
2.Assures the development and implemention of quality assurance process/systems based on company's *5* standards
3.Assures the effective execution, integrity and continuous improvement of QA team and process/systems which aligns with business strategy.


Requirements:

1.College’s degree or equivalent educational or professional experience.
2.At least 5 years of relevant working experience in QA for woman/athletic shoe.
3.Verbal and communication skills with the ability to use word-processing, spreadsheet and database computer applications.
4.Attention to details.
5.Good organizational skill.
6.Strong partnering, problem solving, and analytical skills.
